  Our experience happened on 2.4 17. We walked in and waited in line to order, as we waited we had to listen to a manager and supervisor reprimand a female employee sitting in front of the soda machines and order counter. She was in tears and the two managers both being male did not talk quietly at all. So not only were all the customers able to listen and see but also all employees could as well. I was very uncomfortable as a customer, I could only imagine how the employee felt. After they dismissed the employee I asked the manager to speak to him and explained that I was uncomfortable and asked why the front lobby was the chosen place for the meeting. He agreed it was inappropriate and explained to me that the other male was his supervisor. The manager said he just needs his employees to act professional...my response to that was ok, well if that's what you want then maybe as managers you should have been professional and not have let the meeting spiral as it did and been handled differently. I will not go back, the Manger did apologize but his supervisor was arrogant and smug...he was very unprofessional and should not be employed to supervise. NEEDS more TRAINING!!!!!!!!

  Nothing bad to say about the McDonald's crew on third shift as they are all kind and are nice. They might not do a few things that the other shifts handle but then again they have to make sure the shift for dinner to breakfast goes smoothly. Sadly they don't have any ability to keep the ice cream machine working after 11pm. Which a lot don't like as they seem to arrive shortly after it's shut off. Since it's on a timer they can't really do a thing about not being able to serve ice cream at 11pm-2am though it turns back on around 3 or 4am when they are getting ready to deal with the morning rush that happens since all want their food before work or school. ^_^

  Wonderful mcdonalds! Maurice is a great guy. The whole staff is kind and caring. Ive been disappointed with alot of mcdonalds across the country but not this one. Quality and timely.
